Les dates sont prévues à l’avance\, et il faut être disponible à tous les jours pour pouvoir s’inscrire ! C’est un vrai engagement\, mais c’est ça qui fait la force d’un cycle ! (dates données plus bas). Comme c’est un cycle de progression\, on progresse d’un week-end à l’autre et donc c’est important de ne pas manquer une journée pour garder un niveau homogène dans le groupe. \nLe cycle sera mixte entre le CAF Chambéry et Grimpe et Glisse. \nC’est quoi le ski de rando ?\nSi tu ne sais pas ce qu’est le ski de randonnée\, mieux vaut commencer par des journées découvertes\, qui t’apprendront les bases de l’activité ! \nC’est quoi un niveau « intermédiaire » ?\nPour nous\, quelqu’un de niveau intermédiaire\, c’est quelqu’un qui a déjà pratiqué le ski de randonnée plusieurs fois (+/- 3 à 10 fois)\, qui connaît donc le matériel et la façon de l’utiliser. Mais c’est quelqu’un qui a toujours suivi un encadrant ou un groupe d’amis les yeux fermés\, sans participer à la préparation\, ou aux décisions d’itinéraire. Ce n’est pas la suite du cycle initiation ni un pré-requis au cycle perf\, c’est un peu à cheval sur les 2. \nEst-ce que ça sera dur ?\n\nLe niveau de difficulté sera adapté aux participants du cycle.\nMais ce qu’on peut dire\, c’est que si tu ne pratique jamais de sport d’endurance la semaine ou le week-end (vélo\, course à pied\, rando…)\, ça sera trop dur pour toi physiquement. De même\, si tu trouves une randonnée à pieds de 800 m de dénivelé difficile pour toi\, avec des skis aux pieds et du matériel sur le dos\, ça sera difficile de suivre le groupe !\nEn terme de niveau de ski\, il faut se débrouiller en toute neige : pas uniquement sur les pistes mais aussi en hors pistes. Pas besoin d’être un champion de la descente\, et c’est normal de tomber ponctuellement\, mais il ne s’agirait pas de tomber tous les 100 m…\nPour information\, nous visons des sorties autour de 1000 m de dénivelé et jusqu’à 1200 m si la sortie l’exige\, mais plutôt en fin de saison. Et en niveau de difficulté de ski\, maximum 3.1.\n\nQue va-t-on apprendre dans ce cycle ?\n\nOn va apprendre des choses liées à l’organisation de la sortie : choisir une sortie\, évaluer les conditions en amont\, bien faire ses choix de matériel\, bien faire son sac…\nDes choses durant les sorties : évaluer les conditions sur le terrain\, faire des choix d’itinéraire\, faire une belle trace\, évoluer en groupe…\nEt apprendre à préparer et gérer plusieurs jours de ski d’affilée : week-end puis raid de 3 jours.\n\nNiveau “diplôme”\, ce cycle permet de valider officiellement les NA1 (INI – 3.4) et CO1 (INI – 3.3) et l’ensemble du niveau Initié en ski de rando même si on verra aussi des éléments niveau PERF\, mais pas validant. \nPetit point organisationnel\nLes sorties du WE seront préparées le jeudi soir précédant la sortie \nComment participer ?\nNous choisirons 7 participant.e.s sur la base d’un questionnaire\, pour pouvoir avoir un groupe le plus homogène possible\, qui réponde bien aux attentes de chacun. Cette sortie se fera le samedi ou le dimanche en fonction des conditions de neige et de météo\, et si les conditions sont excellentes les deux jours\, le choix se fait aussi en fonction de l’humeur de l’encadrant.e (et du groupe de motivé.es pour se joindre à la sortie). Il se peut même qu’il y ait deux sorties : une le samedi\, une le dimanche. On vous dira tout quelques jours avant le jour J. \nIl y a aussi des « dépeauteuses repeautent » à thème : Initiation\, et même OFF. \n\nInitiation : on proposera une rando facile\, 500 ou 600m D+ max\, et on passera du temps à réviser quelques bases (conversion\, progression en montée\, sécurité\, manteau neigeux\, …). Dans la mesure du possible on fera cela sur deux jours pour permettre aux non-initié.es qui survivent loin des montagnes d’en profiter pleinement ;\nOFF : En fonction des inscrit.es\, on peut décider d’un commun accord de retirer la sortie du programme officiel\, et de s’organiser de façon plus souple\, sans rien lâcher sur la sécurité. Cela permet à un petit groupe de dépeauteuses habituées à skier ensemble de s’attaquer à des sorties que l’on ne se sentirait pas d’encadrer dans le club.\n\n—————————————————————————————— \n⚠️ Au delà du dénivelé\, il est impératif de savoir skier en toute neige (poudreuse\, trafolée\, dure\, molle\, croutée\, etc) pour pouvoir participer aux sorties. GGG organise des séjours de ski hors piste pour pouvoir progresser dans la pratique du ski si besoin. \n⚠️ Toutes les sorties nécessitent de savoir se servir d’un DVA (dispositif de victimes d’avalanches) et d’avoir son niveau FFCAM NA1 validé et recyclé (idéalement tout les ans).
